RetroFed Forum

A community dedicated to respectful discussions about AI models.
Meant to be a sister community to !stable_diffusion@lemmy.dbzer0.com
Discussions can center around LLM chat models or image models, even audio.

This community is meant to be a resource for people looking to learn more about AI models, self-hosting them, or just how they work in general.

Rules:

Be respectful to others (this means no ableism or transphobia)
Do not promote capitalism or corporate AI models (discussing them is okay, don't encourage their use)
No spam or trolling
Provide links or sources when relevant

Welcome to the nostalgia-filled piefed instance of yesteryear.

Open Registration with Application questionnaire.

If you have a question or comment you can post in !meta@retrofed.com or message @DosDude@retrofed.com or @Die4Ever@retrofed.com

In case of downtime and/or emergency, we will post updates on @DosDude@mastodon.social

Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)
