About

c/Delorean is a Lemmy & Fediverse community for Delorean DMC-12 owners, enthusiasts, and fans of the Back to the Future trilogy.

Sharing photos, tips, questions, and anything Delorean-related is encouraged.

Rules

Be excellent to each other. This community is about our love for this car (and the movies) so let's remember to be civil.

No AI slop. Anything AI generated will be deleted. Repeated posts containing AI will result in a ban.

Policy, not politics! Policy discussions revolve around the concept; political discussions revolve around the individual, party, association, etc. We only allow POLICY discussions and political discussions should go to c/politics.

Posts must be related to the Delorean DMC-12, vendors, news, or verified "new" Delorean-adjacent cars such as the Alpha 5 or Delorean Next Gen (DNG).

Welcome to the nostalgia-filled piefed instance of yesteryear.

Open Registration with Application questionnaire.

If you have a question or comment you can post in !meta@retrofed.com or message @DosDude@retrofed.com or @Die4Ever@retrofed.com

In case of downtime and/or emergency, we will post updates on @DosDude@mastodon.social

Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)
