Read The F*cking Manual

Feeling stuck in a video game? Don't know how to do the thing? Ask here and someone will answer with something helpful (hopefully!).

I got sick of Reddit being the top result when I asked my search engine of choice for "How do I do [thing] in [game]" and so made RTFM - a place on Limmy to ask your gaming questions. Ask the experts the sort of things you probably would read in a User Manual if games came with such a thing anymore, or just how to defeat that final boss.

House Rules

• Be nice to each other. The community is named aggressively so you don't have to be :)
• Where possible, type out the solution rather than link to a YouTube video of the solution. Linking videos isn't taboo, but the point of this place is to be a format people can search and read.
• Please put the name of the game somewhere in the title of the post and ideally the platform that you are playing it on, if that's relevant.

Examples of titles:

• How do I catch MissingNo. on Pokemon Red (Game Boy)?
• What is the cheat code to get infinite money? (Sims 4, PC)?
