RetroFed Forum

A comfy home for our dear “VCR” — Vintage, Classic, and Retro Motorcycles.

Feel free to post pictures, share stories, and discuss anything related to old motorcycles — from vintage parts and tools to neo-retro ECU remapping, road trips, mechanical tips, restoration help, and community meetings… whatever kickstarts your engine.

Definitions:

Vintage: motorcycles usually 40+ years old, often historically significant.
Classic: 20–40 years old, original condition, timeless design.
Retro: modern motorcycles designed to look old, blending classic style with new technology.

Ads are tolerated if you’re willing to ship worldwide and they fit the community theme.
Meaningless ads, unfair practices, and NSFW posts will be removed without warning.

Remember: you can add hashtags so federated platforms like Mastodon can easily find posts from here.

Open position: moderators with moderate opinions and too much spare time 😉-

Welcome to the nostalgia-filled piefed instance of yesteryear.

Open Registration with Application questionnaire.

If you have a question or comment you can post in !meta@retrofed.com or message @DosDude@retrofed.com or @Die4Ever@retrofed.com

In case of downtime and/or emergency, we will post updates on @DosDude@mastodon.social

Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)
