The taste that coffee adds to things is great, and the smell is amazing. A bad brew tastes like bitter dirt water and has the same effect on your stomach. I've never had a good black brew in my life.

I do love me some coffee milk, but at that point we are right back to coffee adding flavor to things, not being good itself.

It’s delicious. I also love sencha. Black coffee is also superior compared to the sugar bomb coffee drinks most of the country drinks.

I know multiple people who like Club Mate. It's just an ash tray flavored energy drink to me, never liked it

Hard disagree, but the range of Scotch flavors is way higher than most liquors like whiskey. Buy 4-5 bottles from different regions, and you will find one you like. Or just go to Edinburgh, which is bucket list worthy without the Scotch...and do a scotch tour. Scotch, scotch, scotch, down in my belly.

I used to hate IPAs, but then I accidentally picked up a Red Rock IPA that snuck into a sixer of lagers and that specific beer unlocked in me whatever makes people love IPA, now it’s the only kind of beer I want to drink.

I can't stand homemade eggnog... One wiff of the fresh nutmeg reminds me of the time I downed half a cup of it in a moment of desperation; aka to get high. Not recommended, felt like a 48 shitty weed Brownie high mixed with a minor flu. That amount of nutmeg is the most putrid shit ever. Getting it down was insanely difficult.

Standard issue cheap grocery store eggnog on the other hand is so fucking' tasty. Grab a gallon and drink it over a weekend and I'm my fat ass is set for the winter.

Anything fruit flavored that doesn't actually contain any actual fruit. They all taste like poison to me. Energy drinks, vitamin water, orange crush... You name it

The thing about IPAs is there are many, many different styles, it's a very broad description. Some do taste very citrussy, others don't at all.

Red IPAs for example are more malt based flavor, WC IPAs are usually milder. It depends on the hops used and the individual recipe. It's hard to find two that taste alike.

Not criticizing your taste, and if you don't like them you don't like them, just that they aren't all citrus hop bombs.

I really enjoy the taste of alcohol, especially strong drinks like rum. I drink it neat and it's amazing.
The bitterness of beer is also pleasant for me.

We have a saying (wouldn't be surprised if it exists in English as well) — taste has no friends. It's all subjective.

If you like that bite, you might also try (non-alcoholic) birch beer. It's generally stronger.

For me it's anything diet or zero branded. Fucking aspertane. That bitter aftertaste just feels like someone raped the sugar out of the beverage.

I've never liked beer, most other alcohols I could drink very little. Recently I've found some really good ciders, they don't have any of that bitterness that beer has. So far an unfiltered cider is the best.

I absolutely love the taste of energy drinks. The more artificial and tangy, the better. It's hard to find, but there's a soda that tastes like an energy drink without the caffeine and I buy it whenever I can.
