Personally the issue I have is that this is what crossposting is for. Posting it over and over just takes up more space on servers that are largely paid for by donations.

Crossposting unfortunately doesn't always work (many communities restrict it for example), and many clients still don't support it properly

Targetting these is genuinely a viable wartime strategy as Russia projects it's influence heavy through propaganda and other digital initiatives in other nations.

I've seen multiple communities that enforced the no crosspost rule.

And by "apps not supporting it well" I don't just mean visually but the fact that there's no cross-post option/button. If someone uses such a client, they're simply unable to use the feature even if they want to.
