Same. My wife always needs to have the bedroom window open (at least a little bit) for fresh air, no matter how cold it gets and my shoulders hurt pretty badly after a full night of cold air on my upper back. A t-shirt solves that.

It misses at least 2 more. Full on sweater + sweater pants and my favorite on winter, sweater + shorts or underwear. You pull the blanket from the feet up so it is easier to regulate warmth than with pants and shirt for example.

#1 in winter I wear boxer briefs, long johns, sweat pants, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, plus thick socks. I don't run the heater at night, since I'm going to be in bed under a couple of blankets. The house gets down around 45F to 50F some nights.

In fact, in winter, I wear boxer briefs and long johns, two pairs of socks, one normal and one thick, pretty much 24/7. What changes is what I wear over them.

Oh, my childhood bedroom had awful insulation so I had to do that a decent chunk of the year.

But why??

I often fall asleep fully clothed, sometimes because I'm in the van, it's winter and there's no heating.

And there's my wife with the #1, but also a sweater. I don't know how she can feel that cold when she's that warm(I call her the furnace) and I can't even sleep under a blanket. Her body just wildly flings heat energy into the universe.

I actually knew #7. She said she found feet so weird she prefers having socks on at all times except in the shower. Otherwise than the socks she was ok sleeping naked IIRC so I remember it being 7, but could've been undies + 7, I don't really remember. I just found the socks part weird

My autism requires me to first get my shoes on in order to think straight.

But nothing feels better then slipping my socks off to be barefoot under a cool blanket and finnaly stop havjng to think.
