@PugJesus I talked to the committee and it's been agreed that we're all going to use submarines at sea.However, the skies are off limits for submarines. Committee was divided on the question of land use.Discussions followed.

Hello, this is the Pentagon. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we have begun efforts to deport the sea to Lesotho. The USMC already has enough subs, we don't want to allow some foreign sea to run cover for Chinese subs trying to steal their jobs.
