CHORIZO RECIPE (Mexican Sausage)
2 Ib. ground meat substitute (I used Beyond Beef)
10 tablespoons (2 1/2 oz.) BOLNER'S FIESTA BRAND® CHORIZO MIX
3 oz. vinegar
3 oz. water
Salt (optional)

Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate. The sausage will develop a better flavor if the ingredients are mixed together the day before eating. This sausage freezes well.

I halved the recipe, and used 2oz water, 1oz vegetable oil since beyond is fairly lean. The spice mix has no salt in it, so take that into consideration when preparing this.
