I'm looking to upgrade my old server to newer hardware as it's starting to show its age, and was hoping to get some input on what I was planning.

I currently run Unraid, which is handling about 15 Docker containers and 1 VM running Home Assistant OS. The Dockers are Plex and the usual arrs, Immich, and a handful of other relatively light weight ones.

I currently have 32tb storage, but want room to expand. I currently have a 2.5" SSD cache drive, but want to upgrade that to NVMe drives.

Low idle power usage is important as electricity is expensive where I am. It should also be fairly quiet.

I've put together the below build, but would appreciate any (constructive) input.

HDDs I have already and will expand at a latter date.
Mobo picked purely for the number of sata connectors.
CPU I went Intel for the video transcoding and lower idle power draw.
Case so I could get 8 HDDs in and to help it run as quiet as possible.
