• It’s confirmed that the US will lower the current 20% IEEPA Fentanyl tariffs on China to 10%
• China will delay a planned export license program on rare earth minerals.
• US agreed to stop enforcing a Commerce Department Entity List expansion for majority-owned subsidiaries (this is a US export list that bans US exporters from doing business with oversees).
• China has agreed to end their boycott on buying US Soybeans.
• US agreed to delay implementing the fees against Chinese owned ships entering US ports
