Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)

For those unaware, like I was: Maȟpíya Lúta, translated from Lakota as Red Cloud, was a leader of the Oglala Lakota, and led them to victory during Red Cloud's War. He is also quoted as having said:

Look at me - I am poor and naked, but I am the chief of the nation. We do not want riches, but we want to train our children right. Riches will do us no good. We could not take them with us to the other world. We do not want riches. We want peace and love.

They made us many promises, more than I can remember. But they kept but one--They promised to take our land...and they took it.
