If i could get myself to do a task that feels meaningless and destined to fail 100 times in a row... I don't think I'd be considered depressed.

I wish I had a gym trainer style depression trainer to push me to do simple shit i know I can do but for depressed reasons wont

Holy shit, deep memory, I've seen this book in person. It was at the community library in a building where I lived. Everyone assumed it was some white elephant gift that got slipped onto the shelves out of embarrassment.
