Was this supposed to be nyet, as in нет? Why not write it in Cyrillic then?

It looks like a Niet yeah, but readable by people who don't recognize Cyrillic

I guess it makes it look exotic

Is there a community like this but for faux Cyrillic? (I know this one (Σ) is not Cyrillic, I'm interested in тЂіѕ кïиↁ оf тэхт)
