People that get jealous and/or insecure are so exhausting. And not because I don't want to reassure them. It's because you make me feel bad for being myself. So I'm not sorry my light is brighter than yours that's not my problem or I will make it your problem. I'll make sure my light shines extra bright because it makes you so upset. I'm not being unreasonable here, I'm not trying to make you f...

Did you try lsd/shrooms or mdma? If its psychologically induced they might help. Also there is a anti anxiety thing called Imidazenil with no known side effects or tolerance issues. Try them

Taking those in response to pain created a classical conditioning response in central dentition patients and are to be avoided.

I'm so tired of people pretending everyone but their family and friends is an evil imbecile and plague to humanity.

Isolation does this to people. We start looking for simple answers, and without getting living breathing counterexamples, it's easy to turn an outside "mob" into a scapegoat.

People in most other circles are just like you. They have their dreams, concerns, and they act by what they consider to be good faith. They are someone you can understand, befriend, make part of the community or maybe - just maybe - start a family with.

People are good. Pretty much all of them. They may differ in what they mean by it, but fundamentally, they live their days trying to be a better version of themselves, to make the world. a better place - or simply to get through another day. This happens too.

Learning to love people, to embrace them goes a long way to building a sustainable and healthy community - and to fixing a lot of the mental struggles of today.

Hold on to each other. Learn to forgive, and to look at things from another person's perspective. For most people are no enemies, but someone you can start something beautiful with.

One of the lessons from the chronic pain clinic at Mayo Hospital I learned was how to get friends and family to interact with you as a chronic pain sufferer. A lot of what we were focusing on while in the chronic pain program was to prevent ourselves from classical conditioning ourselves with pain behaviors. Preventing that signaling can also be useful for friends and family. Paradoxically, the...
