It's Chuseok in Korea so no need to work yet!

But at the same time I applying for new jobs because this one I only got until end of December. And mostly the replies are silence or automated rejections by AI. So tjat really sucks.

I kind of can't believe how fast time seems to be going right now. Seems like summer was gone in an instant. This week is about getting ready for autumn. Finished up some concrete work, pressure washed and sealed the small deck area. Today is cleaning up the patio. I've also just started Physical therapy for a hip imbalance that was causing piercing knee pain, so I'm sore all the time but not in a bad way.

It's good to be keep busy. When my job ends this year (like jeena!), I'm not looking forward to the job hunt

I’ve had the most productive week an a long time. But I’m also feeling behind and like i have a lot to do. I’m physically feeling much better than I have lately. I’m also feeling particularly lonely this week.

Planned to go the the IMAX for their space movie month. (First time going, so i settled with Gravity and Project Hail Mary) Then they released more screenings for The Odyssey, so I'm excited...

I'm working away at uni application stuff, and it's going well! I've also learnt how to count to 10 in German: Eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neuen, zehn! I also know some handy phrases:

Ich vier ein schlaffen. (I want to fall asleep)
Ich kann micht ein schlaffen (I cannot fall asleep)
Kann ich helfen? (Can I help?)
Hallo! (Hello!)
Tschüss! (Farewell/Bye!)

Work is still work and busy because we do not currently have a student employee to assist, so the work falls on me and the rest of the small team.

I’m getting ready to go pier fishing again this weekend! This time I’ll be using a special rig (I forget what it’s called) to catch bait fish, then we will see about using those bait fish to catch bigger fish.

Still having good conversations about punk music with a friend. So many good recs are exchanged. And, a week until I see Social Distortion again!! I’m so fucking excited!!!
