like i dunno, i dont have many sleepovers, but there've been a few times. one time, i recorded myself sleeping and it was super loud. my family says i also snore really loud and i had a friend i fell asleep next to once and he told me i snored really loud...

it also reminds me of this one time when i was like 12 and i joined discord with some like eighth graders and teens in general (i pretended i was 13 ofc) and there was this one guy on the discord call who couldn't be woken up and snored super loud. i feel like that'd be me...

You should get yourself tested for sleep apnea.

I've always been the opposite light sleeper and the few times that I do snore I immediately wake myself lol

I also have sinus problems. And I have lots of family members who do as well. It took me ages to get a sleep study. The drs had me convinced i wasn’t the right demographic or symptoms and it was just good to do a test and rule it out. The test showed my problem is sleep apnea. Big relief tbh.
