This is funny as long as it does not happen to you. My sister is going through this exact hell.

The asshole BIL manipulated the child who is under 10 years old. We have seen him verbally threatening the child. He dud this to force my sister to come back. She left after finding out his multiple extra marital affairs.

The custody case has been going on for 3 years. Even with all screenshots, reports from psychiatric counsellors, court appointed commisions report, and other evidences we presented in the court, all of which favours us, the court is still unwilling to grand custody to my sister just because the child is behaving strangely.

I don't find this funny. This is a living nightmare for us.
