How does that work? It shows that every single recent commit has been LLM-assisted but I can’t see anything to indicate that when checking https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/commits/master/

The scan site shows each commit that it detects, you can open it directly using https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/commit/{{COMMIT_ID}}.

Those commits have "Assisted-by: Codex:GPT-5.4" text in description, so that's why they are flagged.

And also CLAUDE.md and .claude in gitignore, which means that those files are expected to be present on developers' machines and not supposed to be published on github.

Slop is all over the place, slightly obfuscated in places.

Obfuscating it is shitty enough but claiming “never slop” while every new commit is LLM asssisted is a whole new level.

This answers your question. Looks like the developers have a definition of slop that is different to your definition, which is why to you "never slop" is clearly incorrect while being consistent with what they consider slop.

Basically by "never slop" they meant "no vibe coding", not "no AI assisted development".

I'm aware of llm junkies twisting the meaning of the word slop immediately after it became popular, but this is an insult to a movement (neverslop) explicitly against ANY usage of generative lllms in any field.

Feels like if that american gun association would adopt a "never kill" slogan when you know that they killed and will continue killing with their guns and find excuses explaining that it's unavoidable and a price worth paying and all that nonsense.
