Are they judging for duck stamps?? If so that’s a bit demented, like judging art for the permits to hunt people, lmao. Great art regardless

Yeah, and it was painted for a duck stamp competition as well. Somehow it didn't win.

The whole thing was done in relation to an episode of Last Week Tonight.
