Bandai Namco have recently been posting on their YouTube channel videos that have been on the older Ace Combat games. Their most recent one was a look back at Ace Combat 2. What intrigued me the most is that at the start it has a PEGI 16 rating. No AC other than Assault Horizon has that rating, which could mean two possibilities - either they are preparing for a collection of the older games that includes Assault Horizon, or that could be the rating of Ace Combat 8. Furthermore, this 30th anniversary content has been uploaded some time after the 30th anniversary, which suggests they are planning something very big, especially combined with the 2025 date thrown around in some places online.
