The more I hear about career progression at my new company, the more glad I am to have gotten this job.

It genuinely looks like this job could carry me to retirement! If things line up just right, it might even be the kind of job I might want to keep doing after I reach my retirement goals... Well, I definitely have early-day excitement, honeymoon period or something. Anyway, it does seem genuinely nice.

I'm tired. I should be asleep, but there were things to do, duties to fulfill, and so I sacrifice some sleep so I can get some things done. Unfortunate, but that's life.

I wore jeans. It seems I'll wear jeans every day this week, actually. We'll see how it goes but that's how it's shaping up.

Excited for tomorrow.
