Is there a certain gene that causes people to think vapes are nasty in the same way some people say coriander tastes like soap.

Like nobody enjoys getting a face full of what you know just came out of somebody, but I'm seeing a lot more vocal hatred about vapes than I ever saw about cigarettes, and cigarettes are fucking awful, at least vape clouds are sweet.

If you knew how bad it was in the 70s.... Everything was based around smoking. They gave you free ones flying... Everyone smoked. When At Sears to buy a new washer the sales guy was smoking during the pitch and so were you. Mom chained smoked in the car with the windows up. You smoked while grocery shopping. Insane.

If you can't tolerate the inconveniences of living around others, you dont have to do that.

Lots of people dont like breathing diesel exhaust either, but have been by a lot of roads. Coexistence requires tolerance.

For me vapes and cigarettes are exactly the same in grossness, but I dislike vapes more because vapers often ignore laws and regulations against smoking in public or passive smoking, way more often then cigarette smokers do.
And they are way more aggressive when asked to obey the laws.

I also like Australia's increasing tax on cigarettes which directly funds the national health service. Make it so it'll get so expensive that you might as well quit sooner than later because you can't afford to keep smoking, or for those who choose to keep smoking they can help pay for the cost of their habit up front
