I've been experiencing quite serious hearing loss. I've just started a new job and I can't hear what people are saying to me.

Is there such an app? That can send a live audio feed from my phone to my headphones?

i think certain wireless earphones have the feature you're looking for

Maybe this? Haven't tried it myself, but search "microphone" on F-Droid gets quite a bunch of apps.

Actually, this might be better as it has an equalizer you can use to amplify things. It also has both listen & record options.

I think this is built native into Android (not sure which one(s)). Settings --> Accessibility --> Hearing devices(or "sound amplifier", I believe, in older versions).
