Every country uses its strengths: the USA is mostly effective in economical sanctions, Russia -- mass bombardments of civilians, China obviously is expected to use its huge industrial potential. The EU? Talks and deep concerns. |

So what do you suggest Europe to do? |

Produce more weapons? Like a 1000 times more? Talks are ineffective without an armed background. Russian war is an excellent example -- nobody even cares about the EU's opinion. USA and Russia almost obviously mock the EU. It shouldn't be this way. It won't end well. |

I don't disagree with this view, but the report is about China's warfare, including and particularly related to AI. What should Europe do? |

Experimenting in this area too, of course. The last thing the EU will want is to fight with human soldiers against AI-based machinery. Why would there might be such a need? Because the next day China will produce something effective Russia will copy it. With the current level of support Ukraine might lose the war. And guess where will be the next one? |

Ah, but China is fine? They are just using 'its potential'. Is that right? |

"Fine" what? Every country tries its best using whatever potential they have. Except for the EU. Which chews its snots. As a result China will dictate whatever they want. You want that? |
