Hire a bunch of staff with bare-minimum contracts. Wait until lucrative products have been made, shit-can the workers without a severance package, keep all of the profits and divvy them out as CEO bonus packages to the tune of multiple hundred thousand dollars. Hire more wage slaves, repeat.

In 2 months they are going to say that they are going to rely on AI to do everything, but they won't replace devs with it
