This sequel to a beloved cult classic is going to only bad places at this point.

What is "Spider-Man combat"? After having played through each of the recent Sony Spider-Man games about three-ish times each, I have no idea what that means.

The craziest part of G&E2 is that Ubisoft produced multiple big-budget cinematic trailers for this game apparently before they had any idea at all what it was going to be. They could have just made a really good feature-length film and made a hefty profit.

The craziest part about the original Beyond Good & Evil is that the whole plot was about how the power of journalism can defeat criminal(alien) conspiracies that leverage human(animal hybrid) suffering. Reality has proven that cockroaches have no reason to fear exposure to the light.

Anything a sequel could’ve said is probably best left unsaid
