Talked with this guy. Seems legit. Also he knew what was my userland exploit (different with what he posted) So I will post it in github in few days.

I think it's great that these exploits are being found, but as gezine said it might be early to come out with it because a persistent chain to CFW is not there yet, and the userland hacks sound patchable which means the AI user spoiled the exploit for everybody before it could be used.
