Mitigation is not a synonym for destruction. It means to minimize impact.

I want you to read back that line about minimizing the impact and make the association between how human threats are mitigated in destruction&mafia parlance

Without context idgaf. The likeliest scenario is they are discussing how I swear infront of customers.
