Hmmm.... Why would a COO leave only 3 months into Xbox???? I think this might be a real mystery, guys.

Microsoft: Why can't we find anyone that can put out the massive fire we started and continue to pour gasoline on? Maybe we should fire more people?

They were the first COO. It's possible the new position was found to be unnecessary.

Usually not after such a short term. Bonuses and benefits are usually linked to fixed terms and I doubt that she will get any for just 3 months. So it had to be a very good reason to leave, when not even money was able to keep her. Two options

  1. she hot a way better offer from someone else
  2. Xbox is such a bit shit show that anything but working there is better.
