3D animator asks help on what can do moving forward, esp. if you're an artist.

I wish I had an answer. For now, theres a choice and you dont have to use it. Will it always be like this? I dont know. Companies for sure are forcing it. But it feels half baked and you have to direct, stop it, and edit the output a lot especially if you aren't even watching it. Will it always be this way? History says no, but I dont know what that future means if it means anything at all.

3. The post’s purpose is two fold, intersecting a request from a fellow artist, and formulate actionable plans. I can be engaged² in planning. I just don't want non-actionable comments. Seeing some of the comments devil has received, makes me somewhat hopeful, but there are still non-actionable comments coming through. And YouTube is not an art-friendly space.
