Can we later sue FedEx, assuming FedEx gets reimbursed? Human centipede that shit.
I was more thinking Fed Ex sue them over the damages or maybe work as a class action suit to get everyone money back |

The problem is the money is just going to go to the businesses who passed the cost to their customers.
Then sue the businesses, isn't their a customer watchdog that can sue them? Free shipping means Amazon paid for that shipping and they will take the refund. Sorry about that but that's what's in your updated Amazon Prime agreement. /s |
