One thing that it looks like you have fallen prey to that happened to me as well when I upgraded is that you are now tripping Cloudflare's email obfuscation filter:

You can turn this off in the cloudflare dashboard on the Scrape Shield page.

Fixed now with Rimu's help, we had a config that needed some undocumented updates. Unfortunately old stuff won't be synced up since piefed/celery just drop failed queue items.
