Gibberish. You're right that the laws protect those who make the laws and punish those who don’t, because law is class power, but what that necessarily means is that the laws made by the poor will protect the poor and punish the rich.

The working classes can run society, as they have done in socialist countries and still do today. Power is not a supernatural corrupting force, and modes of production do not have literal minds of their own, producing to satisfy need is entirely different from producing for profit alone.
