Why is this film getting shilled so fucking hard?

I've seen 3 posts on various lemmy instances about "its cool guys plz watch it" to "hey its actually good no need to boycott".

I haven't seen this much shilling since Israel justifying Gaza timeshares.

I can only assume Ryan gosling will be showing up on the epstein list and needs a paycheck before it comes out.
