Finding the source was a bit complicated, but it seems to be from episode 7 of DNA², the description of which does not match what you remember: https://web.archive.org/web/20120621103752/http://www.hinata.xpg.com.br/paginas/index2.php?page=[RaFa][FiLsk]%2Fdna2.html

Thank you for looking into that. You're right, that's not the one I remember.

Anyone else remember trying to catch anime on the sci-fi network on Saturday mornings? It never seemed to start at a consistent time and it was usually Vampire Hunter D. Back before anime was even close to mainstream and hardly anything was translated.

Back when it was referred to as "Japanimation." I used to watch the Saturday morning anime. I caught Green Legend Ran on there and remember really liking it. I need to revisit that one at some point.

We don't count Puar /s
It's been like 20 years since I watched through Dragonball though. I know Bulma is at least topless a few times. Besides that, what? Oolong and Krillin once or twice?

Right? I love cyberpunk but it’s not fun we got the shitty cyberpunk dystopia and not the awesome one with cybernetics and neon

There are different types of cyberpunk dystopias, post cyberpunk and regular cyberpunk dystopias

I know, I’m old, I love cyberpunk. I was making a joke. Not dissecting the larger genres into sub-genres.
