Federal agents shot and killed a U.S. citizen in Texas last year, but initial reports did not reveal their involvement, with the details now coming to light through internal U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) records.

Ruben Ray Martinez, 23, was shot by an ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officer in South Padre Island, Texas, on March 15, 2025, after what ICE described as a failure to follow law enforcement instructions during a traffic incident as agents worked with local police on immigration enforcement.

The title makes it sound like there were 3 deaths linked to ICE, while in fact there were more than 30 just in 2025.

It is misleading. I guess they meant 3 US citizens shot dead in the street

Or 3 cases uncovered by Newsweek.

That Guadian article lists all deaths linked to ICE. The title clearly states Americans killed by ICE.

Mind you, given their behaviour 3 does sound a little low. But what do I know, I’m not a citizen of the US either.

Probably more than that, but if it doesn't get filmed, it doesn't exist. That's why we need mandatory body cameras for all cops, and no masks.

When this is over, it will be impossible to punish EVERY citizen who was seduced by MAGA, but we'll know who the ICE Apes were, and EVERY single one of them should be arrested, and prosecuted.

We're going to hear the "But I was only following orders" excuse a LOT.
