It kinda feels like whoever is doing this is trying to innovate on ways to emphasize the boobs. It certainly is... innovative. Whether it's in a good way or not is a matter of taste, I suppose.

Maybe the artist feels self-conscious about their first attempt at the character looking more flat chested than intended and they overcorrected the compensating? 🤷
