It'd probably start with improved bilateral deals with EU, Turkey, United Kingdom, and maybe EFTA.

About 90 years ago, millions of Ukrainians starved because of the Kremlin.

Just because Russian nationalists and Communists want Ukrainians and others to forget doesn't mean they will.
