Is there a gaming company that is run worse than Ubisoft? I feel for the devs, but the company deserves to fail with the incompetence of its leadership.

I have done absolutely zero research on the topic, but there's a chance that he actually is capable of doing it well. I'll withhold judgement until we see how incompetent he is. Shouldn't take long with Ubisoft.

Nepotism doesn't require that you be unqualified, just that their be a more qualified applicant / candidate who was passed over because of your connections. So unless his son was the best applicant / candidate for the job it's nepotism.

I never said it was a requirement. I said nepotism implies being unqualified.
