Hey guys, I'm sad. I absolutely love this mouse (best replacement for the Rival 310 I could find) but a firmware update seems to have rendered it nearly unusable. I was using it without the Basecamp software, but I wanted to change a couple things so I installed it. It said the mouse needed a firmware update, I said yes, it updated fine, then it won't detect the mouse anymore, the scroll wheel quit, and sensor is acting weird, and the LED turned off. I am hoping it's not ruined. Does anyone know a hardware factory reset I can do on it? |
