No. No. Just, no. This is the dumbest take. Unless he wants to go to war with every court in the country, this ruling hands companies responsible for collecting these bullshit tariffs the power say "No", and it starts from the bottom up. Example: Costco was one of the first major companies to use over these tarrifs, and they're so huge that anyone responsible for the exchange of goods that tries to collect on it, they can simply refuse. The shipper won't do shit. Watch. |
