The Green Party of England and Wales leader has revealed he will run for election in London in either Tottenham, Hackney or Walthamstow.

It means Polanski is likely to take on a senior Labour figure such as Tottenham's David Lammy, the Deputy Prime Minister, or Hackney's Dame Meg Hillier, chair of the Treasury committee.

I could see him winning in Walthamstow (unless he goes all out in defending Zionism), not so much Tottenham or Hackney.

I think a win in Hackney is a possibility considering in 2024 there was a 17.5% swing to the Green Party, and they got almost 23.9% of the vote.

He has gone all out defending zionism. Apparently its just Netanyahu who’s the problem.

Yeah I saw that. I was hoping he just worded it wrong, but it looks like he's just sucking up to the zio lobby. Sad.

I'm more familiar with hackney north, which is Diane Abbot's constituency, I didn't realise there was a hackney south. That looks like a better bet, Diane Abbot seems pretty popular in her constituency from what I can tell.

Yeah good luck taking Tottenham.

When you consider the 2024 election results for Tottenham, where there was a sizeable swing away from Labour towards The Greens, it's not inconceivable that The Greens could win.
