Google keeps deepening ties with every chip maker under the sun, which is what happens when your own silicon still has something to prove. Intel Foundry is years behind TSMC on process maturity and yields, so this partnership amounts to optionality at best and a hedge at worst. Gaudi never made a real dent in the AI accelerator market despite the hype.
