Ignorant dummy here, what is the racist subtext? Neanderthal are more European and Homo Sapien are out of Africa, right?

Any time there is a story in an American publication about "do [ethnic nickname] men prefer [ethnic nickname] women?" with a woman doing a come-hither pose, it's part of a long-standing national dialogue about regulating who is allowed to fuck whom in a societally proper way.

Oh, I guess I just don't understand how Neanderthal and Homo Sapien map to today's races in that current dialogue. Doesn't seem very relevant to race discussions today, but like I said, I also don't understand so it could just be going over my head.

Somewhat OT, but I find it increasingly hard to read LLM assisted texts like this one. The meandering prose and the frequent repetitions just add to the general uck factor once you recognize the patterns.

Agreed it’s quite noticeable and irksome. I think part of the weirdness for me isn’t just the wordy final product it’s the fact that I know I’m reading human supervised writing rather than someone’s thoughts on a topic. Teacher friends are feeling pretty uncanny valley about having to grade the philosophical writing of LLMs.

I guess I was previously taking for granted when reading something that it meant at least one person cared about the topic and thought it was worth writing out. Not so anymore!

I'm a pale white woman, I've gone out with a black guy and I've gone out with a brown woman, and in US makes clear which arrangement they find natural and which one they find transgressive.
