I was looking for an alternative to Dexedrine and tried that for a week or two, I was so unproductive I had to move on. Tried a few different ones but nothing else worked for me.

I was hyperbolising for the most part. It's mainly still the hyperfocus that predated the medication, but it's a lot easier to not be limited by concentration 'reserves' if that makes sense.

it's recognized as a side effect of most stimulants

it is also easier to be in a good mood when you're not thinking "WHY CAN'T I JUST DO THE THINGS I WANT TO!?" every waking moment
