Why/how are these games egg related?

baddies.
im bad and die (bad+die=baddie) at ultrakill a lot, so to me its practically unbeatable. and beatrice from unbeatable is a baddie (good kind) and beats up a lot of bad guys (cop kind). you ultra kill a lot of bad guys in FNV, and with the western setting they could be called baddies instead of "bad guys". and the bad guy in celeste is badeline. and if maddie is short for madeline, badeline might very plausibly go by "baddie" for short.

Thanks, that makes an amount of sense

For some reason a lot of trans people like ULTRAKILL; don't ask me why, I just like the genre. UNBEATABLE is about fighting cops with music, has queer people who worked on it, and generally has a queer vibe. New Vegas is an infamous trans meme at this point, which is mainly thanks to how it explores sexuality and gender. Celeste is a strong metaphor for struggling with one's gender identity, which is even more crazy when you learn that its creator hatched midway through development.

Don’t Stop Girlie Pop should be on this list

Celeste starts with a memorial stone for everybody who didn't manage to survive the climb. That game is so sad right from the start

Also, the soundtrack was written by a queer person, although I can't seem to recall it at the moment 😅🙏🩷

True!

Edit: Here you go!

I gotta play celeste again now that ive accepted myself more. Its definitely gonna hit different
