Yeah any playlists on platforms are unfortunately going to be missing the p.d entry since it was made for a game jam and doesn't exist outside of it atm due to the composer not being well known

Youtube I think is the only thing that has 12/13 of the entries (apart from the "playlist" just being links to things like mine is in the post)

Oh definitely do!! My fav was last year (I think) The Northern Boys - Sexy Train. It’s just amazing in that what did I just watch but omg I can’t stop listening way.

The anime music is a banger, I wonder if the anime is as good. Same goes to the video game soundtrack.

Daft punk's homework didn't sound very new. The only thing differentiating them from other electronic prods of the time was their use of a slight groove in the samples which was less frequent in edm.

The movie interstellar 5555 was more interesting when it came out.

If Angine de Poitrine was from here, I would too.

Recently watched interstella5555 in a small local cinema, unfortunately it was the AI upscaled 4k version which I realized after the first few minutes
but a fun movie(?) to watch, it criticises the music industry in a creative way

Whether the show is good is always a subjective matter, but the general reception was very positive. It definitely has some really high highs. Personally, I consider S1E7 to be one of the best episodes I've ever seen. The song is from S2E6.

I'll add to this that s01e01 (especially) is an absolute masterclass in character animation and motion. The whole series is incredibly well animated, but that first episode is clearly the place where they were experimenting with things, and it's beautiful!

Thanks for the recommendation, I watched the first episode and it is great. It got very weird at one point, I was afraid what was going to happen to the little girl, but I am glad how it turned out.

The intro and outro music on the episode are great too.

I consider S1E7 to be one of the best episodes

Great to hear that, a lot of those animations come out strong ointhe first episodes but let me down later in the series.

edit: the S01E07 hit me right on the feelings. And the animation was superb, that first person run under the rain gave me shivers, felt very real. And every episode so far the music was spot on.

I watched the first episode, and it is almost like they threw everything about animation in that episode. Very enjoyable to watch those styles and colours.
