"Things could be worser" isn't enough reason to justify continued suffering at the current level. Take as much/little action as you can at the moment to help yourself no matter how bad it feels.

Allow yourself to be honest about your mistakes. If people respect that and allow you to make up for it, you know you're in the right place. If not, find a safer place to be wrong and get help.

Today I was going into a therapy session. I told you I have a meeting and I'll be back. You told me to "take this with you ok? It'll be ok" and handed me a toy of yours. Thank you so much.

All feelings are valid. Some may not be warranted. Behaviors may not be justified. But trust feelings as a signal and find out what it tells you deeply.

Putting you to sleep was a pain in the butt! You had too much energy every day after a lot of playing too. I hope I do the same to you if you look after me one day.

All feelings matter. They tell us something. Observe and take time to acknowledge, process and respond to the feeling in a way that doesn't cause harm to anyone.

If they talk to you about someone else badly, they can do the same about you with someone else.

The school system and society promote exercise rarely. Work out. Lift weights. Do cardio. Stretch. This is 60% for the mind and 40% for the body. You'll love it. I promise.

When online on shady websites, hide IP, don't use real name, don't use real details, don't ever click on links directly, even if you fully trust them. Internet never forgets and can get slippery fast.

If you live with roommates, and if you ever hear buzzing like a trimmer etc in shower, and when they come out they aren't shaved or trimmed, don't ask/tell them anything about what you heard.

Beauty is very subjective and depends on context. If you don't see it in something at a given moment, maybe it needs a different context.

Intelligence has many forms. Only some are measured in school. Some out in the world. Some at home. Some by ourselves.

Everybody has a right to win. When you don't, it was just someone else's turn. Learn from them and be happy for them especially if they are a friend. There's plenty of room and time for your turn.

I've come to believe that karma is less about positives and negatives and more about the universe forcing us to learn anything we refuse to understand

Always try to understand other's situation. But also make sure youre not putting yourself in danger or suppressing your own emotions for trivial reasons..

Even if one didn't cause a damage intentionally, they must try to help fix it intentionally. But everyone involved must make sure that the blame is not placed on them wrongfully.

spend time with people dven if they seem awkward or rude at first. Even if it doesn't change your opinion, it at least humanizes them to you. we are not experts at judging character in an instant.

When youre overwhelmed with tasks, scale down. Set aside anything that seems pressuring unless it is medically or legally important. Even things from work or school. Ease yourself, then pick up slow.

When angry, listen to calmer people. Try to go in the opposite direction of anger. Do not alienate anyone who is trying to deescalate. Opposing views are ok. Goal is to calm down and take action.

Gender inequality (bad) has existed for so long that we may not recognize when it is taking place. Be on the lookout for it no matter what gender you end up being, and stand up for what is right.

Figure out what work is required the most in society and is fairly valued - position yourself to be able to do that work as a fallback job at least.
