Hot take: this will not work, because online dating already works about as well as it can. The problem has less to do with online dating platforms, and more to do with people being unwilling to make appealing profiles, be vulnerable, take risks, or make themselves into more appealing partners. A completely benevolent online dating service will fail in the same way the for profit services fail, because the problem with online dating isn't software - it's people |

Have you dated anytime in the past 5 years? These are all the ways in which you don't get dates. People SAY they want these things, but they REWARD the opposite behaviors. It's very similar to people who say they want to be healthy, but their lifestyle is the opposite, and at best they make a gesture towards dieting or exercise for a few weeks, and then go right back to their default behaviors and just tell themselves 'they tried'. People are not self-aware enough to realize that would rather chase a non-existent idealized image of a partner (and of themselves) than deal with the difficulties of being in a relationship and all the 'ickiness' it involves. What they want is a fantasy to fall into their lap that solves all their problems and makes their life perfect and magical and they never have to make an effort in life every again, because their partner will fix their life for them and prevent all future difficulties. like a rom com movie plot. I date all the time. The #1 way to turn someone off in dating is to confront them about their hypocritical behaviors, or behave back to them like they behave back to you. And those who 'do the work' quickly loser interest entirely in dating, because nobody else is doing it, and in order to do the work and be successful, you no longer have time for dating. I being fit, for example, requires working out 10+ hours a week, on top of a job, and other adult responsibilities. Plus, people dont' want to date you because you intimidate them or make them feel like they'd have to be a better person, and they don't want to do that. They want to remain as they are, but they want to reap the rewards of the other person's efforts. The idea of dating/mating being this self-sacrificial thing for the greater good, is dead. Everything is about the cult of personal satisfaction, and relationships and dating generally, are not very self-satisfying things because they are too demanding of our time and the rewards they bring are so few. Being single is just better, being single is no longer difficult or burdensome in modern world/economy. |

I'm currently seeing one girl and am lining up dates with a few more this week. Doing the things I listed is literally how I went from having no dates to dating lots of hot women.
Idk, the girls I've dated have all taken criticism reasonably well. But I'm also not being super harsh. And anyway, if there was something I seriously didnt like about a person, I would simply not date them.
Idk, I know plenty of people doing it.
This honestly feels like excusitis. There are lots of ways to make your life more streamlined to make time for dating, and you certainly don't need to spend 10+ hours in the gym per week. I, for example, work out for about 1 hour, 2 days per week. But I also have active, social hobbies that get me outside and exercising while I have fun.
Yeah, but being intimidating is hawt, so they do wanna date you. Really, I feel like the problems you are describing are the problems of dating people who aren't hot. Go date hot people instead. |

So you basically just rely on natural good looks, make minimal effort, and you basically think everyone else is a loser for not being as hot as you are and not putting in enough effort? classic. this is some Elon Musk 'i made it on my own' bullshit though. But it's ok, you're hot so you don't live in reality, you live in the bubble. |

Yep, 100%, nailed it. I've had no problems in my life and everything I say is worthless. All positivity and optimism is a lie that people say to make themselves feel better. Your life will always be terrible until the entire world changes to suit your tastes, and there is nothing you can do about it. |
